Same condo that I did the stairs on (check that post out too) . This was just a quick deck repair. I replaced the deck on top and the boards on the bottom. They had rotted out. Thankfully the framing was in good shape. So new deck a bit of flashing and stain and it was ready to go. The worst part was dropping a sheet of 3/4 OSB on my toe… yeah that felt good.
