A beat up looking 100 plus year old home that got an amazing face lift. Floors, paint, and a lot of work. We worked on every room of this house. The kitchen floor had heaved so we did a full tear down on that. This also included digging out some dirt so that the cause would not be there and new boards would fit. We also sadly found some termites. This caused a delay but the exterminators came in and did their job We then put down a beautiful applewood flooring. The kitchen cabinets were put back but with a new paint job and hard wear. The bathroom we tore out a built in cabinet and made that the washer dryer area and made a custom little cabinet for towel and toiletry storage. After a good bit of work inside we went outside and gave it a whole paint job and replaced the bottom few rows of siding that were rotting with a corrugated steel. Overall this house turned out incredible.
